Firstly, we just want to say thank you for choosing The Waters Point as your wedding venue. We know and understand the importance of picking the perfect venue, and believe us - we don't take that lightly. We are here to make all of your wedding day dreams come to life.
We can't wait to get to know the two of you, and learn what your vision is. This is a very exciting process, and we can't wait to go through it with you!
PREFERRED METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
Our preferred method of communication is email so that we can have a record of everything. We request that there is one person in charge of all email correspondence. If you have any pressing questions that you need a quick answer to, please call our office phone during our business hours. Please do not text or call any personal cell phone numbers that you have acquired for any reason unless otherwise approved.
Monday-Friday: 9-5 pm
You can typically expect a response to an email or phone call within 24-48 business hours. Please keep in mind that we are in the wedding industry, and do work most weekends. With this being said, it may occasionally take us a little bit longer than usual for us to get back to you.
Your package includes a day-of coordinator to help you with the execution and scheduling of your wedding day. They are here to allow you to be present on your special day and enjoy every moment with family and friends.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Welcome to The Waters Point
When you book with us, your coordinator will reach out to you, welcoming you to The Waters Point family. They will also include a short questionnaire for you to fill out, so that we can learn more about you and your special day. Please fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible so that we can hit the ground running and start planning!
You will be responsible for the planning of your wedding. Your coordinator is here to assist in the execution of your special day. We provide a wonderful resource to you, called Aisle Planner, where we will create your timeline and layouts. In addition, there are so many amazing resources available for your to use on this platform.
Your package with us includes (2) one-hour meetings during office hours with your day-of coordinator to work through the scheduling of your special day and any details you may need advice on. You will receive questionnaires via email that you are asked to fill out before your scheduled meetings. You will also have a phone call with your coordinator about one month before your wedding to finalize any details and answer any remaining questions you may have. Please note that any additional time added on to the meetings included in your contract will result in a fee of $75 per additional hour.
Email is the best way to get ahold of your coordinator. There are a lot of questions that can easily be covered over a quick email. You can expect a response within 2 business days. Please understand that our coordinator works long weekends and typically is not available to respond most weekends, but will get back with you as soon as she can. The week before your wedding, you can expect a response within 12 hours (during business hours).
After years of seeing many events, we have come to understand the importance of good and trustworthy vendors. You should be able to trust your wedding vendors, which is why we have curated a list of our very favorite local vendors in the wedding industry.
